Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is published by NODEDR INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED(“NodeDR,” “we,” “us”) and covers two things: (1) this marketing website (https://kinetirx.nodedr.com), and (2) the KinetiRx (Pharma Care Pro) application itself, as deployed by you or your organization via Docker Compose.

1. The KinetiRx application

KinetiRx is a self-hosted pharmacy and small-clinic management system. It runs on infrastructure you control — your own server, NAS, or VPS — and stores everything it manages (products, inventory, patients, invoices/sales, staff accounts, and settings) in a PostgreSQL database you operate. NodeDR has no server that a deployed instance talks to by default, no accounts on our side tied to your install, and no visibility into your data. It is never uploaded, synced, or transmitted to NodeDR by the application.

• Sign-in. Employee accounts are created and authenticated by your own deployment (JWT sessions, bcrypt-hashed passwords). NodeDR does not receive credentials or session data.
• AI invoice OCR (optional). The Inward OCR feature is the one exception to “no external calls”: if you configure a Google Gemini API key, purchase-bill images or PDFs you scan through that feature are sent to Google’s Gemini API for text extraction, subject to Google’s own terms and privacy policy. If no key is configured, this feature falls back to manual entry and nothing is sent anywhere. This is a choice made per-deployment by whoever operates that instance — NodeDR does not receive or process this data.
• No telemetry by default. The application does not phone home to NodeDR for analytics, crash reporting, or usage tracking.

Because business, patient, and financial data entered into a KinetiRx deployment is stored only on that deployment’s own database, we cannot access, export, or delete it on your behalf — that data is entirely under the control of whoever operates the deployment. The operator of a given install is responsible for that install’s own compliance obligations toward their own customers, patients, and staff (for example, India’s DPDP Act or other applicable local law), including any obligations arising from using the optional Gemini integration.

The rest of this policy covers only this marketing site — browsing it, and using its contact form.

2.1 Information we collect

• Contact form submissions — name, email, subject, and message when you use the contact form.
• Technical data — basic request metadata (IP, user agent, pages viewed) collected by our hosting infrastructure in aggregate for uptime and performance monitoring.

2.2 How we use information

• Respond to your support or inquiry message.
• Monitor website performance and reliability.
• Comply with applicable law.

2.3 Third-party services

Contact form submissions are delivered via our own NodeDR form-delivery infrastructure. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or marketing automation on this site.

2.4 Data retention

Contact form messages are kept for as long as needed to resolve your inquiry, then deleted. Aggregate access logs are retained for no more than 90 days.

3. Your rights

For website contact-form data, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of it by emailing info@nodedr.com. As explained in Section 1, we hold no data entered into a KinetiRx deployment and cannot act on requests about it — those must go to whoever operates that deployment.

4. Children’s privacy

KinetiRx and this website are business tools, not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

5. Security

Website form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and forwarded with a signed request header. KinetiRx itself stores its data in a database secured by whatever access controls the operator configures. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure; we use reasonable safeguards.

6. Changes

Material updates will be reflected in the effective date at the top of this page.
